Steeple Cards

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms explain how Steeple Cards works and what we ask of everyone who uses it. By using Steeple Cards, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

About Steeple Cards

Steeple Cards is a trade name of Solutions About LLC, a Vermont limited liability company. In these terms, “Steeple Cards,” “we,” and “us” mean Solutions About LLC.

Steeple Cards is an online service for sending Catholic greeting cards. Half of what you pay, after card processing fees, supports a Catholic parish, council, school, or other organization that partners with us. Steeple Cards is an independent company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any national Catholic organization or diocese.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to buy cards. You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so please keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Emails from Steeple Cards

By creating an account, you agree that we may email you about your account, your purchases, and the cards you send. We may also email you about new cards, upcoming seasons and occasions, and the cards you have left to send. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in each email. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

Card credits

  • Cards are purchased as credits. One credit sends one card.
  • Credits never expire, and they can be used for any card in any season.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • All sales are final, and we do not refund unused credits. Because credits never expire, any you don't use are ready for the next season.
  • If something goes wrong with a purchase, such as a duplicate charge, contact us at hello@steeplecards.com and we will make it right.

Supporting a cause

Half of what you pay, after card processing fees, goes to the organization your cards support, for the program they choose. Amounts shown on our website are estimates, because processing fees vary by order. Buying cards is a purchase, not a charitable donation, and it is not tax-deductible. Partner organizations are paid under their own agreement with Steeple Cards.

Sending cards

When you send cards, you agree to:

  • Send cards only to people you know and who would expect to hear from you.
  • Give accurate names, email addresses, and mobile numbers.
  • Write messages that are respectful and lawful, and never use Steeple Cards for advertising, harassment, or spam.

You are responsible for the messages you write. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Each card has a private link, and anyone who has the link can view the card. We work hard to deliver every card, but we cannot guarantee delivery, because email and text messages depend on services outside our control. If a card does not arrive, you can resend it or text its link.

People who receive a card may print it for their own personal use.

Artwork and content

Classic artwork on our cards comes from public-domain works shared by museums through their open-access programs. Our own designs, text, and the Steeple Cards name and logo belong to Steeple Cards. You may use our cards to send greetings through our service, but you may not copy, sell, or reuse our designs elsewhere.

Partner organizations

Organizations that raise money through Steeple Cards agree to a separate partner agreement, which covers enrollment, payouts, and the use of their link and materials.

Our service

We work to keep Steeple Cards available and working well, but we provide it as is, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Steeple Cards is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Steeple Cards grows. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
