It works alongside your other fundraisers

There is no inventory to order and no date to schedule, so it fits around everything else you do. Set a table tent with your QR code next to the syrup at your pancake breakfast, and people can send cards before they finish their coffee.

Reach the whole parish through the bulletin

Most parishes will run a short notice for a council fundraiser, often at no cost. Your parish isn't selling cards, so nothing competes. It's one more way the council serves the parish.

Help neighbors send their cards

Some parishioners would love to send cards but aren't comfortable online. Set up a card table after Mass with a tablet, and members can help them send to their whole list in a few minutes. It's good fellowship, and good for the fundraiser.

Choose what your cards support

Name the program, such as a coat drive, a food pantry, or support for seminarians. It appears on every card your supporters send, so everyone knows the good their card is doing.

What a council can raise

One council bought 35 boxes of Christmas cards for $346.50 and sold them for $15 each, raising $178.50 if every box sold. The same 420 cards sent through Steeple Cards would raise about $400, with nothing to buy up front and nothing left over.

The next week
Announce it at your council meeting. Members send their own cards first.
Sundays of Advent
Run the bulletin notice, and ask the pastor for a mention from the pulpit.
At December events
Put table tents out at breakfasts and dinners.
