Fundraise with Us / Parishes
A fundraiser that serves your parishioners, too
Every Christmas, your parishioners send dozens of cards. Steeple Cards lets them send beautiful Catholic cards in a few minutes, and half of every card comes back to your parish, or to a ministry you choose. No volunteers to recruit, no money to handle, and no extra work for the parish office.

Nothing for the parish office to manage
Enroll once and connect a bank account through Stripe, the secure payment service used by millions of businesses and nonprofits. Steeple Cards never sees your bank details. Each month, your share arrives automatically. We handle orders, delivery, and questions, so your staff never touches a card or a dollar.
Point it to a ministry
Name what the cards support: your youth group, the St. Vincent de Paul conference, a building fund, or tuition assistance. It appears on every card, so parishioners see the good their Christmas cards are doing.
Share it the way you share everything else
A bulletin notice, a mention from the pulpit, your parish website and email, and a flyer with a QR code in the vestibule. We provide every piece ready to use.
A gift to parishioners, not just a fundraiser
Many parishioners, especially older ones, have stopped sending cards because of the cost of stamps and the trip to the post office. Steeple Cards gives them a reverent, simple way to keep the tradition. Choose from classic sacred art or fresh modern designs, with new cards added each season.
Your parish's own fundraiser
If your parish doesn't have a council or another group running a card fundraiser, Steeple Cards can be the parish's own. Enroll in a few minutes, share your link, and half of every card supports your parish or the ministry you choose.
Already have a council in your parish? Your parish can promote the council's link as a service to parishioners, or run its own at a different season or for a different ministry. We'll help you coordinate so the two support each other.
What a parish can raise
If 200 families each send 10 cards, that's 2,000 cards and about $1,900 for your parish, with nothing to buy up front and nothing left over.
Estimate based on typical bundle purchases.
And that's just Christmas. Easter cards are next, with Mass and sympathy cards and cards for Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation coming soon, so your parish can raise money all year.
Everything you need to promote it
When you enroll, you get your own link and QR code, a printable flyer, a table tent, a ready-to-use bulletin notice, and posts for email and social media. Here are samples. Yours will carry your parish's name, logo, ministry, link, and QR code.
